It seems as if Oscar the Grouch was ahead of his time when it comes to recession-proof housing. In today’s day and age, when money is tight and rooms even tighter, people are finding every which way they can to live affordably. The gentleman in the video above has made the best out of next to nothing, creating what seems to be a sustainable living arrangement in none other than a garbage dumpster. As menial as the abode seems, it’s actually somewhat comfy given the small space, and has a lot of amenities to make it environment friendly. Now, if only Greg could get people to stop tossing bottles and old newspapers into his living room…

Raymond Velasquez stopped traffic in Times Square, of all places. The rapper also known as C.I Joe proceeded to dance and rapping upon a 20 ft light pole, according to NYPD this was all an attempt to promote his mix-tape and to meet “Empire State of Mind” singer Alicia Keys. Well Raymond’s attempts failed, he was forced to come down, and was handed a $1000 fine then sent on his merry way home. Just another day in the city that never sleeps.

TatJackets are the ‘easy’ solution for people who work in conservative environments i.e. law enforcement, hospitals, schools etc. and happen to be sleeved. It is supposed to appear as a secondary skin, though, with only 3 hue selections, I’m not sure if that’s possible.
