Dowling Duncan recently submitted a design concept to a competition being run by New York designer Richard Smith. The Dollar ReDe$ign Project hopes to bring about change for everyone. Richard Smith states that he ‚Äòwants to rebrand the US Dollar, rebuild financial confidence and revive our failing economy.’
