Fans of Hayao Miyazaki’s “Spirited Away” and “Ponyo” finally get a chance to see another hand-drawn, magical movie from Miyazaki’s Tokyo-based animation company, Studio Ghibli, in U.S. theaters on February 17 when Disney releases “The Secret World of Arrietty.”
