Mattel Announces the Joseph A. Cristina HIV / AIDS Children’s Fund

In honor of World AIDS Day, Mattel and the Mattel Children’s Foundation announced the creation of the Joseph A. Cristina HIV/AIDS Children’s Fund. The mission is to help children affected by HIV/AIDS in America through education, advocacy and the fun that all children deserve.
