Alfred Hitchcock, famous for directing thrillers like “The Birds” and “Psycho,” will have stills from 59 of his movies auctioned off this December 15th and 16th in Los Angeles at the “Drama, Action, Romance- The Hollywood Auction.”  The oversized photos will be from Hitchcock’s two most famous silent movies, “The Manxman” and “The Mountain Eagle.” This is exciting news because “The Mountain Eagle” has been considered lost for some time and this is the first evidence of its existence, since it is one of the most searched for lost films in history.
