Robert Scoble, the bona fide geeky toy addict, used his mastermind to create one of the hottest toys I’ve seen – the ‘Sphero.’ Slated for release this holiday season, the robot ball is controlled by an iPhone to play games around the floor. The toy rolls independently around the floor, and could be used for “a game of Sumo, a game of Office Golf, or even a wrecking ball knocking over augmented reality glass towers in your living room.” says Scoble.
