Please note that the Equipment Recovery Fee is imposed by Google and not your chosen carrier and is in addition to any early termination fees that may be charged by your chosen carrier in connection with termination of your wireless plan prior to fulfillment of your chosen carrier’s service agreement term.
So basically, it goes like this: if you cancel after 14 days (30 in California), T-Mobile will charge $200 for breaking the contract, and Google will charge the difference between the subsidized cost of the phone and its full price. So if you received the phone fully subsidized ($179) and canceled, you would pay Google the difference ($350) plus the T-Mobile EFT ($200), for a total of $729. Not  the business at all. Buying the phone unlocked in only $530. Anyone see what they are trying to get you to do?

whaaaaaat the F*** is this. you need to pay $729 T-Mobile EFt ($200) received the phone fully subsidized($179) and pay Google the difference from ($300) what are they crazy??
soory but we have a hard time and they nothing to doo as let us pay and steal us. ooh damn i belive that noone get this deal..
