If you have ever had a baby, then the world Medela should be in constant rotation in your vocabulary.¬† The leader in breastfeeding products and accessories, the company focuses on making quality and long lasting products to help moms deliver the healthiest meals to their babies.¬† While the art of breastfeeding seems like it’s just ‘plug and play’, believe me, it’s not [they don't call it an art for nothing].¬† Luckily, Medela’s products are easy to use by helping moms to successfully breastfeed their babies and to do so for as long as they choose.

Medela was gracious enough to send me one of their Pump In Style Advanced breast pumps [otherwise known as a PNSA] which comes in two different options; either the Shoulder Bag, or the Backpack. While I used both with Sevyn, who just turned three, my good friend just had a baby, so I had her try it out for a couple of weeks to see how it was.
Review
As a first time mom, Sarah had no idea what to expect.   After working with a lactation counselor, she learned how to get her little one to latch and was eventually ready to return back to work and start pumping [note: you should wait a couple of weeks after birth to do so].  The Medela PSNA system was a perfect fit for her, since her job is fast paced and she is always on the go.  It comes with a bag that is easy to disguise [who wants to be seen toting around a breast pump in the office or the mall?], including everything you need to not only pump, but store as well.   The system itself is easy to put together, and is ready to go in as little as 30 seconds.  It comes with two BPA free bottles to screw onto the tubes, which in turn connect to the pump itself.  After the initial let down period, the pump can be adjusted to a comfortable pressure and should be finished within 10-15 minutes [dependent on your flow].  After you are through pumping, you can store the milk in the collapsible ice chest inside of the bag for a couple of hours.

Novela was the name of a patient I once took care of. She was a lovely woman, in her 90's, and very sweet. When I found out I was having a girl, I remembered my patient and decided to name her after her.
I'm not sure how, but ever since I was a little girl I wanted to name my first daughter Rebecca, Becky for short, Becca for shorter

My son Jackson was named because I loved that name is the movie Hush with gweneth paltrow. My daughter Presley was just a name we decided on. Now we have two kids with singers names that we didn’t realize after the fact that is. Jackson (Michael Jackson king of pop) and Presley (Elvis Presley “the king”)
My husband and I each made a list of ten, and we had to pick 1 name off of each others list to be in the finals. Then we discussed the 2 names, and picked one together. The name my husband wrote down (Noah) won! Thanks!
we came up with it by using my moms middle name and dads first name

We actually used a baby name book, thanks for the chance!
The first time I remember hearing the name Sean,,,was 007. While I did not name my son after anyone (I refuse to name a child Jr) There were very few male names that I cared for! And since I was 99% certain it was a boy, (pre-ultrasound) no-one believed me.

Oh my – books, websites, polls, movie characters – whatever you can think of, we used it to try and decide on a possible name! In the end, we went with the only girl’s name that we both loved (stolen from a tv show) – Addison.
I saw it in the movie Shallow Hal…
I'm somewhat embarrassed to say I got the name Audrey from a tv show.(Not that I'd never heard it before.)
For some reason it just struck me differently then.

Even before my husband and I planned on having kids we both agreed we liked the name Nathan. It didn't really come from anywhere that I can remember. It was just one of those names if we ever have a boy he will be named Nathan. And his middle name Allan because it is my husbands middle name and my dad's middle name and it really flowed well together.
My wife and I wanted to name our daughter after my late grandmother, so we easily agreed on Isabelle
I love the Atlanta Braves so I named my daughter Georgia. Her middle name is Elizabeth after my mom who passed away 3 months before my daughter was born.
I came up with the name William because it was the main characters name in my favorite childhood book The Castle in the Attic.
I came up with my daughter's name by process of elimination lol! My husbandd and I couldn't agree on anything until I said Savannah. Her middle name is Kay, after his mom.
Thanks!

My daughter is named Trinity. When I was pregnant, I was at the grocery store, and this little girl asked what the baby's name was going to be. I told her that I didn't have one yet, and she said her name should be Trinity.
I always liked my friend's younger sister's name – Lynae. I tossed it out to my husband one day and he liked it so that's what we named our daughter.

We're actually still working on baby names as we're going through the adoption process — we're both movie buffs, though, so we've been throwing around names of our favorite actors and characters, like Cary (Grant), Kim (or Novak), and Montgomery. Thanks!
