 
 
 
Today New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne began serving his one year sentence stemming from an arrest for criminal possession of a weapon.¬† Weezy pleaded guilty in October for having¬†a loaded weapon on his tour bus in 2007.¬† Though these charges wouldn’t have been nearly as harsh if it was any place other than New York, which have the strictest weapons laws in the United States.¬† Weezy may only have serve eight months with good behavior.
