I need a detox daily, but not for alcohol or drugs. I need detox from the daily stresses live seems to have nowadays! Whew! I mean rushing here, rushing there, taking care of the kids, husband, grandkids and I need to find time for self…. a time to detox from the toxins of life! The last time I needed a detox was about nine months ago when I moved to a new city about 2 hours away for a better job with more opportunities. About two and a half months later, I was let go and moved back home, leaving all my new friends. So I have been living with my parents these last few months. Time for another detox, I would say!
