Either they are trying to prove to her that she is so fine that they would drink her bath water, or they are trying to do something to help out the environment. I am going to go with the first one. Scientist/Inventors, all graduates from French national design school Ecole Nationale Supirieure de Creation Industrielle, posted the idea on the internet, and have since been bombarded with questions. The design actually uses plants, filters, and some magic, to clean your bath water so that it is potable. Unfortunately, this is on a design, and they have yet to build a prototype.
