McDonald’s Wi-Fi

Would you like some wireless with those fries? That’s right. McDonalds and AT&T have just announced a new partnership that will soon give those choosing to dine-in free Wi-Fi.

Gone is the $2.95¬† fee for two hours of access. The New Year will bring¬†¬†free acess at roughly 11,000 of the 14,000 McDonalds locations across the US. I’ve never thought to bring my Macbook to a Mickey D’s, but¬†students might dig it.

This is actually big, they want people to live in Mickey D's. Moe Wifi, and moe fries…Not a bad combo

I knew that some Taco Bell’s had it. I like that Mc’D is going to do it for free. They are probably trying to get the student demographic in the restaurants.
