Macy’s Believe Campaign & $25 Macy’s Gift Card Giveaway

Building on last year’s success with the Make-A-Wish foundation, Macy’s Believe campaign is back for the holidays. This year, Macy‚Äôs is adding to the spirit of ‚ÄúBelieve‚Äù with a national Santa Tour, an honorary National Believe Day, a ‚ÄúYes, Virginia‚Äù animated special, and a new TV commercial featuring Queen Latifah.

The nostalgic holiday campaign was inspired by the New York Sun’s famous “Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus” editorial from 1897 and includes letter-writing “Believe Stations” in Macy’s stores across the country.  For each letter received, Macy’s will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, up to $1 million. A great idea if you ask me.

National Believe Day / “Yes, Virginia” Animated Special – On Friday, December 11th, Macy’s will celebrate the first National Believe Day to recognize and reward acts of kindness and generosity from coast to coast. Also that day, CBS will premiere a new original animated special called, “Yes, Virginia.” on Friday, December 11, at 8 p.m. ET.

Now to help promote this campaign, M80 and Macy’s has agreed to giveaway a $25 Macy’s Gift Card to two of our readers.

    First of all I would like to say I love the quality of items available at Macy's. Secondly, I would like Santa to leave me a prepaid Visa card so I could get to New York City for needed medical treatment.
