I am in love with this flow chart found on Business Pundit that puts it all in perspective for those that are less than saavy when it comes to computers.¬† There is nothing worse than being stopped by your grandma, cousin, best friend, spouse every 15 minutes because they can’t figure out how to do a Restart or change the font in the application their using.
