When you have been told over and over and over and over and over again that your network sucks, maybe you should start listening. AT&T has released a program for the iPhone to report when your service drops. The app uses geo-location to pinpoint the handset’s location and asks the user to identify the type of problem which they are reporting. Definitely a nice gesture, but how about you just fix the service? But I digress. It is a step in the right direction.
