It isn’t often that I get so excited about something that I have to tell the world about it. The first time was with the MacBook, then I made all of my friends get on Twitter [and subsequently download Twitterberry] and now…Adium. For all of you out there who are using Adium and never hipped me to it, shame on you for NOT ALLOWING ME TO BE GREAT.
Adium is like BeeJive for the Mac, but 80 times better. Like BeeJive, you can sign into multiple different chat accounts in one app [AIM, GChat, Yahoo, MSN, FaceBook, Yabber, Myspace], but it’s so much more. You can integrate iTunes, so that what you are jammin’ too shows as your status, you can set Growl up, so that a notification window shows in the corner….and best of all, there are TABBED CHATS. Yes.
1 window. Multiple Chats. Controlled by tabs.
I think I’m in Heaven.
