Mia Mallows Gourmet Marshmallows are a confectionery delight adding unique elegance to any occasion. Redefining the idea of a traditional marshmallow, they offer an assortment of flavors and unique mallow ingredients. Whether you are in the mood for a chocolate-covered mallow topped with nuts, coconut, and other toppings or from their assortment of mallow flavors, you are going to get a perfect dessert/accent. Each one is handmade and tested for perfection, guaranteeing you a perfect marshmellow every, single time.
Mia Mallows sent me a Sampler Pack, with some of their most popular flavors. All completely unique, they were perfect for my family, since we all have completely different palates. Their delectable flavors range from Mexican Chocolate, Pina Colada, Pumpkin Pie to more traditional flavors such as, Blueberry, Peach, Cotton Candy and Vanilla.
My favorite way to eat marshmellows is S’more style, so I immediately stuck one of the Caramel marshmellows on a stick, and over a hot flame. While it didn’t puff up like a store bought mellow [which was half of the fun] it did char a bit, as well as melt down quite quickly. Nervous because of the lack of puff, I stuck it in my S’more and was relieved to find out that the taste was not sacrificed! It was slightly burnt, sticky and sweet…perfection.
Later that night, I made my kids their nightly cup of winter cocoa, and instead of 10 mini mellows, I added 1 of Mia Mallows, which took up most of their cup LOL. This was actually a better solution, as the marshmellow melted slowly, while it bobbed in the cup, as opposed to melting all the way down within the first 3 minutes.
