I am in love with this flow chart found on Business Pundit that puts it all in perspective for those that are less than saavy when it comes to computers.  There is nothing worse than being stopped by your grandma, cousin, best friend, spouse every 15 minutes because they can’t figure out how to do a Restart or change the font in the application their using.
