Those adorable little virtual gifts will start getting a little more useful for Facebook users.

According to the New York Times, companies such as American Greetings and JibJab have signed up to add virtual items to the Facebook gift shop. You know what that means? Music on your profile. Once you purchase a song you’ll be able to embed it on a person’s Facebook profile and then play it to infinite and beyond. For just a buck, the recipient gets to download a track as well. Of course details are still being work out, but it’s nice to know we can finally have some tunes on our Facebook profile.
