Same Sex Marriage….in Prison?

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is doing it’s best to comply with the recent legalization of same sex marriages. So far, the dept. has been decided [though not officially approved] that gay inmates can marry under the same rules as straight inmates; you can marry anyone on the outside, but prisoners cannot marry other prisoners….which means you probably won’t see much change.
