Peace.

In honor of my baby brother who will be shipped off to war tomorrow, I will be officially changing all default pictures of myself to this one until he comes home. This pointless ‘War on Terror,’ or whatever the hell they are calling it these days, has finally reared it’s ugly head close to home for me. My ‘seeyalater’ words to him were to stay rooted in his faith, strong in his heart and to do his job damn well so that he comes home.

Feel free to leave any comments regarding the war, or not…or whatever. Speak.

Just be strong and pray for your brother. This war totally kicks rocks and is such a detriment to why our country has become an epic FAIL. It’s always the poor kids who end up fighting a rich man’s war.

My apologies if I’ve offended anyone. I just feel so strongly about war not being the answer to shit cept lining certain people’s pockets.

My youngest is in the army. The main reason I am going to vote for Obama is very personal. I think he is more likely to get us out of this mess whereas McCain will probably have us fighting more in Iraq, Afghanistan, and put us in Iran. The world is a much more unstable place thanks to W.

@Elizabeth B I completely understand where you are coming from. I think we are ready for the a change, more so we NEED a change, and with McCain, I am deadly afraid of another 4 years of the Bush establishment.

That picture would make me want peace in IRAQ. This war is not helping us today. It’s time for our troops to come home and resource spent elsewhere.
