As an elevator worker at LAX, he hustled at least 15 immigrants [2 of whom have criminal records and had been deported previously] into the country. It was with experience as an employee and a security badge that he was able to accomplish this. 45000 employees have the same badge. It is estimated that each passenger paid roughly 5k to complete the process.
